By engaging Playmora Pty Ltd for products or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Orders and Quotes

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance and payment of any required deposit. Custom or made-to-order items may not be cancelled once production has commenced.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated. Payment terms are set out in the invoice. We accept bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Orders are not released for delivery until payment has cleared.

Delivery and Risk

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to supply, freight, or custom requirements. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. For on-site installation or setup, our team will coordinate a suitable date and time with you.

Warranty

Our products are covered by a 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of delivery, unless a different period is specified. Warranty claims must be made in writing and allow reasonable opportunity for inspection. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair, or neglect is not covered.

Returns and Refunds

Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Custom items are non-refundable. For full details, see our Refunds Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where prohibited by the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply.
