Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled.

This Refunds Policy applies to products and services supplied by Playmora Pty Ltd. It is designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.

Returns Eligibility

Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Custom products, made-to-order tables, branded items, and personalised chips cannot be returned or refunded once production has commenced, unless the item is defective or materially different from the approved specification.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange inspection, repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Photographs and a description of the issue may be required to process the claim.

Refund Process

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Services and Maintenance

Service bookings and maintenance plans may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Cancelled appointments may attract a cancellation fee if notice is not provided within the timeframe set out in the service agreement.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or refund: opened card decks, used chips, installed or used table felts, consumables, and items damaged through misuse or neglect.

Contact Us

To request a return or refund, contact our team at playmora@gmail.com or call +61288833425. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy.
